How long will my order take to get here?

Each item is made to order, which usually takes about two to three weeks. Once it ships out, it depends on which shipping option you chose and where you live in relation to our studio (Western New York, United States). Most people get their orders within two weeks of purchasing. This may vary depending on the time of year and how busy we are.

I need my order by a certain date. Can you make that happen?

Probably! Just let us know via the Contact form and we’ll do our best to get your order to you when you need it.

Do you offer local pick up?

As we don’t have a storefront, we do not currently offer regular in-person pickup; however, if we have an event coming up and you want to meet us there, let us know and we can have your order ready! We also do occasional local pickups when important dates are coming up, e.g., Christmas is in a few days or the Bills are in the playoffs, so keep an eye out for that. As always, we’re willing to work with you, so just shoot us a message and we’ll figure something out.

How do I know what size to order?

Measure, measure, then measure again! Did we say to measure? We provide a size chart to help you choose which size is best for your pup. Using a tape measure or string and ruler, measure where the collar usually sits on your dog, or measure a collar that already fits them. If your dog is between sizes and you’re really unsure of which one to choose, just message us through the Contact form and we can help.

The size chart also lists breeds that may fall into each size; however, as each dog is unique, this is only to be used as a guide. Please measure your dog before selecting a size.

I’d like to exchange my order for a different size/width. Do you accept exchanges?

Absolutely! We ask that you contact us via the Contact form within 14 days of the delivery date, and there will be a charge of $7 plus tax to cover shipping both ways. We’ll send you the shipping label, you’ll send us the old collar, we’ll send you the new collar, and all will be well with the world.

How do I return my item for a refund?

We’re sorry your order didn’t work out! Please let us know via the Contact form and we will send you a return label. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we’ll process the refund for you.

I want a specific color buckle for my collar. Can you do that?

It’s… complicated. If you choose a plastic buckle, its default is black, UNLESS we have a color in stock that we think compliments the collar really well. Usually it’s already pictured so you have an idea of what you might be getting. If we have what you want in stock, we’ll absolutely use it. If we don’t already have it, we’re happy to order it for you—it’s just gonna take some extra time and added cost on your part. You’ll have to cover the cost of the buckle (since we’re not ordering it in bulk), the adjuster, and the shipping (probably about $7) and wait an extra week or so.

Can you personalize my dog’s collar?

We don’t personalize collars in-house, but we love these silent ID tags available from LuckyPet on Amazon. The open-ended large (1”), medium plus (3/4”), and small (3/8”) tags fit our collars, including martingales with OR without buckles. (The closed-ends will not work for our collars.) For 1.5” collars, ROAD iD sells their slide-on Jingle-Free pet ID tag in size XL. We LOVE slide-on ID tags because they are subtle, secure, and can be moved between collars to switch up your pet’s look.
